November 08, 2021
We’re back! And it’s our Silver Anniversary. This year’s tour will be Monday, November 29 from 5-9. We’ve added a special pre-tour event that will be held at Gazebo Gardens from 4-8 featuring food trucks, music and the beer garden.
Our tour will include three amazing houses, the Big Red Church on Van Ness and Fresno High’s Royce Hall. There will be organ music at the church and Fresno High’s musical groups will perform at Royce Hall. And, as in the past, the Fresno High student senators will be our docents at each stop.
Many of the businesses across from the high school will be open to accommodate your need for a hot beverage or an evening snack. This includes our sponsors this year: Ampersand, Moto and Quesadilla Gorilla.
We will be enforcing strict Covid restrictions. Everyone must wear a mask and we will do our best to social distance as much as possible without creating gridlock. Visit our Etiquette page for further details.
Online tickets will go on sale this week on our website fhshometour.com. They are $25 per person. Gazebo Gardens will sell tickets beginning Monday, November 15. Gazebo can only accept checks made out to Fresno High Home Tour or cash.
We are so excited to be able to highlight the wonderful homes and landmarks that make our neighborhood so special. Please join us at Gazebo Gardens at 4 then walk or drive down Van Ness to begin the tour. Everything is located within a mile either on or close to Van Ness.
So gather your friends together and celebrate the beginning of the holiday season with us. We hope to see you on the tour.
Sponsors and Donors
Thank you to our sponsors this year: Ampersand, Quesadilla Gorilla, Moto and Fresno Barbershop. Contributions like this help us to fund student scholarships at Fresno High, support musical groups at the same school and continue to add to the beautification of the Fresno High neighborhood.
We would also like to thank several donors this year as well: Ilene Newman and Charlie and Valerie Fox as well as Zana Frownfelter and Ashley Parker for their contributions.. If you would like to donate to our organization, please contact Cathy Cirimele at email@example.com. We are a strictly volunteer group so all monies are used to support the tour, the school and its students and the neighborhood.
