2025 Pumpkins In The Park

The afternoon of October 25 was a special one for the families in the neighborhood. We joined together with the Big Red Church, Perea’s office, Nichole Castec and Moto to host our second Pumpkins in the Park event at Trolley Park. Drama students from Fresno High dressed in costume and helped neighborhood kids paint pumpkins. Perea’s office supplied the treats, the Big Red Church supplied the paints, Moto’s Deli and Nichole Castec supplied the pumpkins and we supplied the paintbrushes.
There were a lot of interesting creations by the kids and the students. And we were able to hand out the prizes for the Halloween contest and talk about the coming home tour with various folks who showed up. It was fun. Thank you to everyone who contributed. That kind of commitment is what makes our neighborhood unique.
